Food & Wine Festivals at the Panamonte

The Panamonte hosts Food & Wine Festivals every year to celebrate the Chiriquí Region’s role as the gastronomic apex of Panama.

Renowned Chef Charlie Collins, winner of La Toque D´Or de Nestlé and the Club Gourmet Bon Appetit Gran Premio a la Excelencia y Trayectoria Vitalicia, invites a special guest chef from one of the finest restaurants in Panama City to collaborate with him during this unique event. In the true European style, the festivals begin in the cocktail lounge with champagne and hors d´oeurves, followed by a 5-course gourmet dinner in the dining room with meals paired with fine wines for a genuine feast for the senses
