Mexico Yucatan Carnival Culinary Tour

Highlights: 
We will be enjoying visits to some of the many archeological sites, cenotes (sacred watering holes), and artisan villages, and we will have bird watching expeditions and a fishing expedition. We have included a certain amount of physical activity to work off all the food we will be cooking and tasting. And of course there are the nights of dancing during Carnival!!!

We will travel around the Yucatan in an air conditioned van and will have local guides at all the archaeological sites. We stay in a variety of hotels, posadas, and a hacienda in Merida. All in all, it's a fantastic trip and a great culinary odyssey.
